For your strategy call, we will call you, record a meeting and discuss information about your store and your customers. Please be prepared with information about:
- Who your best customers are
- Where they come from
- How you reach them now
- What pains are they trying to solve with your product?
- Who are your competitors?
- Why are you better than they are?
We’ll also ask about things like what email campaigns you’ve used in the past, which promotions worked, and what kind of discount(s), if any, you might want to offer here for various things.
We will bring ideas and suggestions, but you always know your store better than we do! We want to help, not tell you how to run your business, so we’ll listen to your goals and history with email here.
