Great Choice. Done For You Email Marketing will level up your store!
OK, here’s the short version of what you’re signing up for. (The long version is covered in our DFY Terms of Service)
- Recapture will help you create and manage your email campaigns (exclusively on the Recapture platform) for 30 days
- We will start with a strategy call to talk about your store, your customers and your goals
- Based on the outcome of the call, we will optimize and manage your emails:
- Create or edit abandoned cart campaigns
- Create or edit post purchase campaigns (as appropriate)
- Create or edit winback campaigns (as appropriate)
- Create and send promotional campaigns, up to one campaign a week (as appropriate)
- We’ll mutually decide on a good time to send you performance reports, showing how your emails are impacting revenue
- And at the end of the month, we’ll go over our recommendation about next steps for the following month
- At the end of the 30 day period, you can renew (and continue letting us manage things) or not. Your choice!
Recapture’s DFY Service only applies to emails created and managed on the Recapture platform. We don’t currently have the bandwidth to handle emails on other services or ESPs.
The introductory price for managed email is currently $1,000/month.
You can use DFY as long as you want (no long term contracts), cancel anytime. Please read our Terms of Service regarding refunds.
